Outlook for MacOS Setup

(question)  Should you have any questions or concerns with the instructions, please notify the Technology Service Center for assistance. 

Step 1

Open Outlook from LaunchPad or your Applications folder. Enter your HCC email address when prompted.   


If you do not see the screen above and instead see this screen, close the Window. You will enter your password during manual setup. 

Step 2

Click the link that says ‘Not Office 365?’ in the upper right corner of the window.

Step 3

Select 'Exchange' from the list of providers.  

Step 4

Enter the information below. 

Method: Username and Password

Email Address: Enter your HCC email address (including the

Domain\username or Email: HCCMAIN for the domain and your HCC Login ID (the same as the one you use to login to an HCC Computer).

Password: Your HCC password that you setup in Password Services.


Step 5

After entering your information click ‘Add Account’. This will complete the account setup. You should now have access to your account in Outlook. If you have any questions please contact the Technology Service Center.
