Step 1

Go to https://barracuda1.howardcc.edu

Step 2

Enter your HCC Login ID for the username (example: jsmith1234) and enter the password that you set in Password Services. Then click "Sign In".

Step 3

Once you are in your Barracuda console,

under Preferences you can access your personal Allow List\Block List

click the "Preferences" tab and then click the "Allow List/Block List" button

To

save the allowed email addresses for senders you want to save

export and save your allow list, click on the "Bulk Edit" button located under the "Allowed Email Addresses and

Domain

Domains (Allow List)".

Copy

Highlight and copy all of the email addresses

in the box

, open Notepad and paste them into a new text file

(The Windows application Notepad creates text files)

. Save that file as AllowList.txt in any folder you choose.

Tip

Take a few minutes to clean up and update your Allow and Block lists to keep Outlook running smoothly.

Go to the Safe Senders tab and click on the "Import from File" box.

Go to where you saved the AllowList.txt file and select that file name. Open the file and you should see your list of email addresses populated in the Safe Senders box.

Select "Apply" and than "OK".
