Information

Current students can pickup a laptop from Duncan Hall 110  weekdays between 10 AM and 5 PM.

Before pickup or exchange please fill out the equipment waiver at https://bit.ly/2XD1ox9.

To pickup or return

  1. Park in Lot A - Google Maps
  2. Walk to Duncan Hall 1st Floor

  3. Go to the desk in the open lab at DH110 (Map) with your state or student ID.

If the wavier link does not work, please try loading the waiver form using your browser in private mode.

When do I return the laptop?

You can return the laptop to Duncan Hall 110 when you no longer need it for classes. We will review current loans and reach out to students that are no longer taking classes to return them, or should swap for a newly provisioned laptop as needed for IT maintenance each Summer.

Before returning the laptop please make sure you backup your files to a flash drive or OneDrive.

The the listed hours time does not work for me

If you need special appointment, please use the technology service portal  at https://howardcc.cherwellondemand.com/CherwellPortal/FSmyHelpDesk then use  "Remote and Onsite Classrooms" option to direct it to the laptop team and request a specific time for pickup and we will reach back out to you via email.

I'm an employee who would like to borrow a laptop for teleworking

Please have your supervisor reach out to your area Vice President to request a laptop for loan, we will follow up with you via email once it is approved.
